Will the vinyl wrap look like paint?
It is very hard to distinguish a wrapped car from paint, however at times the wrap technician will need to lower tension with discreet inlays. This is to ensure the wrap isn’t overstretched and within the manufacturers guidelines. This protects the wrap warranty and avoids the wrap failing to give the wrap the longest life possible.
I have been to your workshop but you WEREN'T open?
We may be working on a car elsewhere, please call us to arrange an appointment.
is there any aftercare needed on my wrapped car?
Yes, we recommend that you avoid washing your car for at least 5 days and hand wash only. Do not jet wash around the edges of the vinyl wrap and do not use products with acids and solvents as this will void warranty and decrease the life of the wrap. Machine car washes are a big NO. If you are taking your car to a hand car wash ensure they spray the jet at a 45 degree angle, are at least 1.5 meters away from the vehicle and never point it directly at edges/corners of panels. If possible, to get the most out of your new wrap we recommend leaving it in a garage/shade when unattended. The more you look after the wrap, the longer it will last. it is not uncommon to have these wraps last for 5 years.

Whats the difference between plastidip and vinyl wrap?
Both products have their pro's and cons, Plastidip is almost as if you are spray painting the car with a rubberised paint, there will not be any seams as its liquid and can be painted onto any complex curves and shapes, however it is not as durable as vinyl and is only available in a limted amount of finishes. Vinyl on the other hand, is much more durable and is available in many colours and effects combined with many finishes (gloss, matt, pearl, satin).
I have a repaired car with body filler, will it stick onto that?
